Geldings -- The Hard Workers!
CM Romance - 2013 Chestnut Performance Horse
CM Romance is shown in the video in his first show and still a stallion at that time. He was gelded Spring 2020 and him and he is a blast to show or ride on the trails. Romance (pronounced Row-mahn'-say) is very smooth, and very well trained. He is a fun horse to ride because he is very responsive. He stops, backs and circles superbly. He knows all the advanced performance maneuvers, so besides a great walk and standing still on command, he does smooth figure eights and serpentines. He also side-passes, does the turn on the haunches. He can do gaited dressage moves such as leg yield. All this can be done one-handed or two-handed. He has been shown at three shows, and last year he won the open Western-English Pleasure class in good competition, as well as titles in Pleasure Stallion. He is a great example of how a Peruvian horse can be versatile, fun, relaxing and exciting all at the same time.
Sold to Dave Johnson: CM Andaluz - (SRS Sol Naciente x CM La Joya) Black gelding born 2013
This striking black colt was spindly when he was born and earned him the name ''Spiderman''. He has a very fluid gait and is smart and personable.
In Loving Memory: Casadero CM - 2001-2020 (RTP Casino x Mercedes de Oro CM)
Casadero CM was Mimi's main riding horse from age 13 to 19, showed until age 13 and won many titles in Performance and Pleasure, and worked hard helping Juniors and Novices to ride for many years. Then he retired from the show ring to mountain trails where he did everything the bigger horses could do. He was a beloved family member and is greatly missed.
